Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be changed or cancelled online, or by calling (310) 497-0409. If you cannot make your appointment please call to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time. If you do not provide sufficient notice a $35.00 Late fee may be assessed and 100% if appointment is a 'NO SHOW'. Deposits are nonrefundable.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the service price, but is gladly accepted. Gratuity may range 15-20% of the regular service price. More for exceptional service.
