About Massage

Massage is one of the oldest healing arts: Chinese records dating back 3,000 years document its use; the ancient Hindus, Persians and Egyptians applied forms of massage for many ailments; and Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems. First Things First

Before we begin your session, we'll discuss what your goals are for the massage. Depending on your specific needs or requests, I will either perform a customized full-body massage (for general relaxation and stress reduction) or focus on the specific parts of your body that you have requested. I use only the highest quality massage oils and lotions during your treatment.
